Welcoming Kevin Love, the newly appointed executive consultant chef to Bearfields of London, was a huge achievement and highlight of ours from last year. Kevin and his team took over our newly renovated research kitchen for an afternoon of tastings and tests. Samples of our Premium Hams which we had only been testing ourselves in the two weeks prior, were a great success. We were very pleased with the results, as was Kevin of course. There was a cross section of our Premium Ham Range on offer such as the Salt Caramel Cured Ham (my Personal favourite!), Barley Malt Ham, Molasses Ham, Agave Nectar Sweet Cured Ham and another favourite was the Wild Blossom Honey Cured Ham. The team also tried the Bearfields Traditional Dogs which are soon to be available online.
